Dana White responds to Jon Jones' latest claims that he was offered $15 million to fight at the UFC White House event.

Dana White and Jon Jones can't seem to get on the same page about what exactly happened in the supposed negotiations for the UFC Freedom 250 card. It's been several weeks now in which UFC CEO White and Jones, former UFC two-division champion, keep voicing contradicting narratives in the media about Jones making an MMA return for the June 14 event at the White House in Washington. Jones claims he was in negotiations to headline the card, and recently said he had $15 million on the table from the UFC, but he wanted more to get back in the cageโ€”something the UFC wasn't willing to budge on.

Speaking with reporters at the UFC Fight Night 270 post-fight press conference Saturday in London, White refuted the claims of the UFC not wanting to pay Jones more, and once again said Jones wasn't even in consideration. "Jon Jones was never fighting on the White House card," White said. "How many f*cking times do I have to say this?

He was never fighting on the White House card. I literally have done two press conferences talking about this. These guys went out and found everything that was available and possible, and I picked the fights.

There was no way in hell I was putting him on the card no matter what the money was. Jon Jones was never fighting on the White House card. " Jones has competed just twice in the past six years.
