UTSA kicker Jaffer Murphy goes viral with insane pro day stats

•Yahoo Sports

UTSA Roadrunners kicker Jaffer Murphy has become an internet sensation after putting up some crazy numbers at his pro day.

As we get ready for the 2026 NFL Draft to begin in just over a month, college football programs across the nation are holding pro days to give their players a better chance to show what they can do at the next level. These events are fun to watch, as top prospects can prove themselves worthy of early draft picks. They are also fun because they help identify lesser-heard-of players who may surprise some people at the next level.

Over the weekend, UTSA Roadrunners kicker Jaffer Murphy became one of those guys. At his pro day, Murphy went viral for some of the numbers that he put up, doing things that nobody expected a kicker to be able to do. Murphy was clocked at running a 4.

47 40-yard dash, and he drilled a 70-yard field goal. On top of that, Murphy knocked in 12 of his 13 field goal attempts, at varying distances. Can your kicker do this?!
