Thomas in the first round 67-52 to set up the matchup with the Tigers. Sunday night will be another opportunity for Auburn to play in front of its home fans and give them another win. Auburn is a heavy favorite to win the game and advance to the quarterfinals.
KenPom has given the Tigers an 89% chance at victory and predicts a final score of 78-65. The winner will play Nevada, who won on Saturday, 73-63, against Liberty. On Tuesday night versus South Alabama, Auburn used a big second half after trailing 36-30 at halftime.
The Tigers outscored the Jaguars 48-31 in the second, but should look for a better first half versus Seattle U. The Tigers shot well from beyond the three-point line in the second half, going 11 for 18. They did a good job holding South Alabama to just 18% in the second half.
