Charles Barkley had some pretty awesome praise for Tom Izzo
Once again, Tom Izzo and his Michigan State Spartans have made it to the Sweet Sixteen. On Saturday, the Spartans knocked off Louisville in the Round of 32 to advance to the next round of the NCAA Tournament. After the game, there was a lot of praise for Tom Izzo as he continues his March success.
In a pretty awesome moment, basketball legend Charles Barkley took a moment to praise Tom Izzo and the culture he has built at Michigan State, and the fact that he's still an old-school coach who will actually coach his players: "The media, who don't know anything about sports, say 'Why is he yelling his players? ' That's called coaching... If you don't want to be coached you probably shouldn't go to Michigan State.
