He explained that his wife and daughter were staying at a hotel in São Paulo during the festival. His daughter then noticed Roan in the lobby. Unsure if it was actually the singer, the girl walked past her table, smiled, and kept moving.
Jorginho emphasized that she did not ask for an autograph or attempt to start a conversation. Shortly after, according to Jorginho, Roan allegedly sent security over to their table. He claims security confronted the child and her mother in a manner that upset her so deeply that she began to cry.
