UFC London results: Evloev overcomes point deduction to beat Murphy

Movsar Evloev didn't let a point deduction steal his UFC Fight Night 270 win. Evloev (20-0 MMA, 10-0 UFC) defeated Lerone Murphy (17-1-1 MMA, 9-1-1 UFC) by majority decision (48-46, 48-46, 47-47). The featherweight bout was the UFC Fight Night 270 main event at The O2 in London.

Round 1 started as a feeling out process with Evloev trying to back Murphy down. Evloev threw several overhand rights which barely connected. Murphy landed a left hand as Evloev countered with a push kick to the body.

Evloev struck Murphy with a couple of left body kicks. Evloev missed on a spinning back fist as the round came to a close. Evloev didn't attempt a single takedown.

Murphy started Round 2 with a couple of hard leg kicks as Evloev continued to attack the body. Murphy caught an Evloev kick the landed a nice left hook. Murphy connected with a right hand.
