Three named to IFCA North-South rosters
Three Boone County seniors will represent their schools at the 60th Annual Murat Shrine North-South All-Star Classic. Three Boone County seniors will represent their schools at the 60th Annual Murat Shrine North-South All-Star Classic. The game, which serves as the Indiana All-Star game for football, will be played July 10 at Decatur Central High School. Lebanon’s Arsene Mpanda, along with Zionsville’s Brody Aeschliman and Lily Hough, will represent their schools and programs at the game.
All three will be part of the South roster. Mpanda was a senior captain for the Tigers this fall, having 44 tackles (29 solo) and 6. 0 tackles for a loss.
He had two sacks in helping the Tigers win their first sectional title since 1997. He finishes his career with five sacks and a fumble recovery, along with 78 total tackles. The Tigers finished 10-3, matching the program record for most wins ever.
