But in reality, the Los Angeles Dodgers ' two-way superstar has just been revealed as unlike most other athletes in even another way. Ohtani was listed at 6-foot-3 on his official MLB bio for 2025. This season, Ohtani is now listed at 6-foot-4.
It's unlikely he added an inch. Somehow, he simply had been listed a little shorter than he was. And that goes against pretty much every athlete ever, with the tendency being to add height, not subtract (except for the rare 7-footers in the NBA who didn't want to be known as 7-footers and went as 6-11).
