SF Christian, West Central earn semifinal wins in class ‘A’
RAPID CITY, S. D. (KELO) — The Sioux Falls Christian and West Central boys both earned semifinal wins on Friday night in Rapid City.
The Chargers were held to 58 points, but their defense was even better as they beat Hamlin 58-47. Brant Wassenaar scored a game high 28 points for Sioux Falls Christian. West Central used a strong start Friday to earn a 56-43 win over Clark/Willow Lake.
The Trojans had two score in double figures. Connor Mebius scored a game high 22 points, while Will Kuhl added 16. Sioux Falls Christian and West Central will play Saturday night at 6:45 mountain time for the class ‘A’ title.
