RAPID CITY ā In a game that featured 50 fouls and 56 free throw attempts, the No. 2 Sioux Falls Roosevelt boys basketball team couldn't overcome constant foul trouble and lost 53-44 to No. 3 Huron in the SDHSAA Class AA state semifinals.

"I've never even coached a game like that where it was so hard to get into a rhythm. It just felt like we were foul after foul, and it made it tough for us in the first half to find any flow. " That lack of flow was evident on both sides, with Roosevelt going 12-for-41 (29.
3%) from the field and Huron finishing 11-for-40 (27. 5%). The Rough Riders made 17 of their 24 attempts from the line, and the Tigers went 28-for-32 from the stripe.
