Complete injury report for Joel Embiid, Sixers vs. Jazz on the road
Here is the complete injury report for Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers as they finish their trip against the Utah Jazz on Saturday.
The Philadelphia 76ers will conclude their 3-game road trip on Saturday when they take on the Utah Jazz. After a tough start to the trip in Denver on Tuesday, they bounced back with a win over the Kings on Thursday, and will look to finish the trip at 2-1 if they can handle business in Salt Lake City. As far as the injury report is concerned, the Sixers will, of course, continue to be without Tyrese Maxey (right finger tendon injury), Paul George (league suspension), and Kelly Oubre Jr.
(left elbow sprain). Maxey will be re-evaluated at the end of March while George is slated to return on Wednesday and Oubre will be re-evaluated before the team's next 3-game road trip which begins on March 28. As for Joel Embiid (right oblique strain), the big fella is still listed as out.
He has not played since Feb. 26 as he has missed the last 11 games with the injury, and is slated to miss his 12th straight game. One has to wonder if he can return on Monday when Philadelphia plays host to the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder.
