Bournemouth 2-2 Man United: Cherries fight back to draw as Maguire sees red Bournemouth made it 10 games unbeaten after coming from behind twice to draw against 10-man Manchester United. After a fairly end-to-end first half, United found their breakthrough after Matheus Cunha was brought down inside the box for and Bruno Fernandes scored from the spot. As it happened The first chance of the game fell to Amad Diallo who cut back onto his right foot before letting fly from inside the box. The shot was well saved by the Bournemouth goalkeeper, Petrovic, who parried it out. It fell to the feet of Casemiro who saw the ball snatched away from him before he could turn the ball in.

Bournemouth then immediately hit Manchester United on the break with pace. Marcus Tavernier led the charge before playing the ball out wide to Rayan. However, his searching cross could not find Evanilson Matheus Cunha had a half chance on the 11th minute after a neat one-two with Bruno Fernandes, and his near post effort was turned round the post for a Man Utd corner.

Both sides will have been fairly happy with their start to the game. Neither side giving too much away and there were no clear-cut chances for either side within the first 15 minutes. Both sides looked to establish themselves in the game and play with freedom and confidence.
