DL Logan Hall excited to return to Houston, call Texans his new home
Logan Hall is excited to return to Houston after leaving the city for Tampa Bay in 2022.
Logan Hall is excited to return to Houston. Hall, the newest addition to the Houston Texans ' defense, won't be new to the Loop when the team breaks for training camp this summer. Heat shouldn't be a problem for the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle since he spent five years honing his craft in the Greater Houston area.
“It’s incredibly meaningful. It’s a blessing,” Hall told reporters Wednesday of his return to Houston. “It can’t be overstated how much it means to me and my family.
” A native of Belton, Hall played his college ball over at TDECU Stadium as part of the Houston Cougars' squad. A dominant senior season and promising debut in the Senior Bowl elevated his draft status from a mid-round pick to the first selection of the second round. While he hasn't spent much time talking to former Cougars teammate Tank Dell, Hall is ready to reignite the flame at NRG Stadium on Sundays.
“I’m fired up,” Hall said. “I haven’t spoke to him in a while, but he’s been doing good things down here, and hopefully he’s been getting healthy. I’ll see him soon enough, and it’ll be good.
