Seahawks ranked No. 2 in PFF’s Post-Free Agency Power Rankings
The Seahawks were ranked No. 2 out of all 32 teams in the NFL in Pro Football Focus’ Post-Free Agency Power Rankings.
The Seattle Seahawks did not pace the league in Pro Football Focus’ Post-Free Agency Power Rankings on Thursday. According to PFF’s Mason Cameron, the Seahawks were ranked No. 2 behind the Los Angeles Rams for the roster that they’ve constructed in the open market this offseason.
”The Super Bowl champion Seahawks cede some ground here after seeing key contributors walk this offseason, including Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III, three starters on defense and offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak,” Cameron said. “While those are significant losses, Seattle maintains a strong foundation in all three phases of the game, the blueprint to its championship run. “All three units feature elite talent, highlighted by Offensive Player of the Year Jaxon Smith-Njigbaand PFF’s highest-graded cornerback, Devon Witherspoon, to name a few.
The front office also re-signed elite returner Rashid Shaheed. ” Seattle lost valued contributors from their Super Bowl-winning defensive unit including safety Coby Bryant, as well as cornerback Tariq Woolen. The Seahawks also saw wide receiver Dareke Young walk in free agency.
Seattle did sign running back Emanuel Wilson, safety Rodney Thomas II as well as cornerback Noah Igbinoghene in free agency. The Seahawks have made calculated moves in the open market to structure their roster for the 2026 NFL season. This article originally appeared on Seahawks Wire: NFL free agency: Seahawks ranked No.
