Former Steelers WR Chase Claypool may have teased return to Pittsburgh
Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool sent social media into a frenzy with his latest return tease.
A former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver has teased his much-anticipated return to the NFL — and potentially the Steel City — on social media. On Thursday, ex- Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool posted a short compilation video on Instagram which featured some of his highlights. In the video, Claypool, in a Steelers uniform, is seen making some big plays while the song, "Where Have You Been" by Rihanna plays in the background — which led some fans to interpret it as a return to Pittsburgh, not just the NFL itself.

Claypool was traded away in 2022 and was unable to rekindle the spark from his glory days with the Steelers. But a return to Pittsburgh, after recovering from a torn ligament and tendon in his toe, could be in the cards for the once-beloved "Mapletron.
