Pro golfer turns customized caddie bib into personal ad at Valspar Championship

This week’s Valspar Championship in Palm Harbor, Florida, is sandwiched between two huge events on the golf calendar, The Players Championship and the Masters. So organizers like to have a little fun to set their event apart. Plus, the title sponsor is a paint company, so adding color is a must.

For the sixth year in a row. the Vaspar allowed participating PGA Tour golfers to customize the bibs caddies wear to identify them on the course. So his caddie sported the message “NEED A WIFE” during the first round. Furthermore, the PGA Tour’s X account shared Tosti’s reaction. Tosti said the idea came from tournament volunteers.
