Despite a slow start, the Huskers quickly changed the tempo of the game, playing to their strengths of solid defense, perimeter shooting, and hustling.
Behind Pryce Sandfort’s record-setting day, Nebraska beat the Trojans 76-47. The lack of excitement down the stretch did not stifle Husker fan enthusiasm as it allowed the starters to exit the game and the bench players to see some action.
