Julian Nagelsmann, former Bayern Munich coach who currently manages the national team, talks about his latest entry to the NT pool.

โ€œI expect him to bring his youthful exuberance to the pitch. He likes to play centrally, but we also plan to use him on the right,โ€ Nagelsmann said (as captured by X account @iMiaSanMia ). โ€œHowever, I wonโ€™t put any pressure on him to perform miracles.

He should bring exactly what a young player embodies and play football freely and from the heart, as heโ€™s been doing at FC Bayern. โ€ The recently-turned-18-year-old Karl has impressed for the Bavarians ever since he made his breakthrough earlier in the season. Save for an ill-fated comment and a doomed thumbs up from Alexander Prass, Karlโ€™s future is looking bright.
