The 18-year-old right winger, a native of Gloucester, Ontario, is currently skating in his second full junior season with the Saginaw Spirit and continues to show encouraging signs of growth.
Cloutier is on pace to match his rookie output of 47 points with 21 goals and 24 assists for 45 points in 62 games this season. He is averaging 0. 73 points per game and has become a reliable contributor for Saginaw.
