The Los Angeles Chargers have been an interesting watch as free agency began, as the franchise added some nice pieces, but didn't go after that big fish.
Still armed with huge amounts of cap space (over $50 million), the Chargers have, so far, sat on their hands to some extent rather than going out and addressing needs on their roster. That has confused fans, because what is the point of all that cap space if you don't use it? Well, Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer offered interesting insight into L.
A. 's approach. "I think slowly and steadily the roster’s been remade in Harbaugh’s image, and that’s what sustained it last year through a slew of injuries," Breer wrote .
