Despite the odd nature of these exercises, Betts couldn’t be happier.
“They definitely changed my perspective, changed my life, my game,” Betts said . As far as why he picked up the regiment, Betts’ reasoning was rather straightforward: If Yamamoto’s so good, he’s doing something right. “I just want to get better,” Betts said.
“I’m not content with where I’m at. I want to continue to get better in everything and be able to teach my son how to be great. I have to go through it first.
