ESPN NFL analyst calls Ty Simpson’s passes 'surgical'
Dan Orlovsky compares Ty Simpson to Brock Purdy and calls him surgical.
Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson turned many heads during his playing career with the Crimson Tide and a few weeks ago during the NFL Combine. But one NFL analyst who has been on the Simpson bandwagon since day 1 is ESPN’s Dan Orlovsky. Orlovsky had nothing but praise for the quarterback when he appeared on “The Pat McAfee Show.
” Orlovsky has been watching Simpson’s tapes for months and offered another analysis of what he saw on film. "Ty Simpson is surgical at throwing the football, and he's phenomenal down in the red zone, he said. He owns the line of scrimmage, and he has that play-making ability.
