The Eagles have agreed to terms with former Texans and Chiefs running back Dameon Pierce on a one-year deal, adding a physical runner to Philadelphia’s backfield depth.

On Thursday, the Eagles agreed to terms with former Texans and Chiefs running back Dameon Pierce on a one-year deal, adding a physical runner to Philadelphia's backfield depth. A fourth-round pick by the Texans in 2022 out of Florida, Pierce finished the 2025 campaign with Kansas City after spending his first three and a half seasons in Houston. Pierce's most productive season came as a rookie when he rushed for 939 yards and four touchdowns in 13 games.

He also added 30 receptions for 165 yards and a score. We've agreed to terms on a one-year deal with RB Dameon Pierce. @Toyota | #FlyEaglesFly pic.
