The Browns proposed to let teams trade draft picks five years out instead of only three years, and Rams president Kevin Demoff is fully on board.

Brown . That’s why Rams president Kevin Demoff is in full support of a new rule proposal by the Cleveland Browns. According to reports, the Browns have officially proposed to allow teams to trade draft picks five years out rather than the current limit of three years.

Demoff makes the case that this change will create more trade opportunities, thus driving up excitement in the NFL – because who doesn’t love trades? Nothing creates more interest in the NFL than trades. This is why Cleveland’s proposal to allow teams to trade picks up to 5 years out as opposed to 3 years out makes so much sense.
