Former Ravens' special teams ace is signing a 1-year deal with Browns
The Cleveland Browns are signing former Ravens special teams standout Tylan Wallace to a one-year deal
The Cleveland Browns have signed former Ravens special teams standout Tylan Wallace to a one-year deal. Wallace participated in 13 games this season, recording four receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown on eight targets. This signing follows Cleveland's hiring of Ravens run game coordinator Travis Switzer as its offensive coordinator, bringing a trusted assistant from Baltimore to work with new coach Todd Monken's staff.
Wallace is the second known addition to Monken's team in Cleveland; the Browns are also bringing on former Ravens offensive line coach George Warhop for the same position. Warhop previously served as Cleveland's offensive line coach from 2009 to 2013. The Ravens focused on a wide receiver corps of Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, DeAndre Hopkins, Devontez Walker, and LaJohntay Wester for the bulk of the season.
