Former Bengals star Logan Wilson retires from the NFL
Bengals modern great Logan Wilson calls it a career.
Former Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Logan Wilson has retired from the game of football. Wilson announced the decision on his Instagram, primarily thanking the Bengals organization along the way. A third-round pick by the Bengals in 2020, Cincinnati granted Wilsonโs trade request after his benching last season and sent him to Dallas.
He struggled to get on the field with the Cowboys before they released him this offseason. Wilson tallied 65 starts with the Bengals and registered 541 tackles, 11 interceptions, 5. 5 sacks and six forced fumbles.
An eventual team captain and core part of the run to a Super Bowl appearance, Wilson leaves the game as one of the all-time modern Bengals greats. This article originally appeared on Bengals Wire: Former Bengals star Logan Wilson retires from the NFL
