Rory McIlroy finally gets to host the iconic Masters Champions Dinner as the defending Masters champ, and he’s bringing the flavor with an incredible, Michelin Star-inspired menu. On Wednesday, approximately three weeks from the start of the 2026 Masters Tournament , McIlroy’s incredible menu for the dinner was revealed. The upscale menu has some Irish touches, but the highlight is the Wagyu Filet Mignon main course, which is served with traditional Irish champ, sauteed Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots with brown butter, and crispy Vidalia onion rings.
McIlroy starts the meal off with a bang, with the First Course of Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio, foie gras, chives, and a toasted baguette. The yellowfin tuna is inspired by Chef Eric Ripert’s popular NYC seafood restaurant, Le Bernandin, which has three Michelin Stars. It’s going to be hard to save room for the first and main courses, though, because the appetizers are equally impressive. Appetizers include: Peach & Ricotta Flatbread (with balsamic, hot honey, and basil), Rock Shrimp Tempura (with creamy spicy sauce), Bacon-Wrapped Dates (with goat cheese and almonds), and Grilled Elk Sliders (with caramelized onion jam and roasted garlic aioli).
If there is still room for dessert, enjoy your serving of Sticky Toffee Pudding with vanilla ice cream and warm toffee sauce. The Masters Champions Dinner will take place on Tuesday, April 7, two days before the tournament begins.
