Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval along with Reds officials announced the Opening Day Parade grand marshal Wednesday.
The grand marshal of the 2026 Findlay Market Opening Day Parade has been announced. Former Cincinnati Reds relief pitcher and current broadcaster Jeff "The Cowboy" Brantley will serve as the grand marshal March 26. As a Red, Brantley won the 1996 Rolaids Relief Man Award.
He was also named the Ohio Sportscaster of the Year in 2025. When is Opening Day 2026? The Reds' first game of the season is March 26 .
Cincinnati will play a home opener against the Boston Red Sox at 4:10 p. m. ET at Great American Ball Park.
