BALTIMORE, MARYLAND - OCTOBER 12: Darious Williams #31 of the Los Angeles Rams defends a pass intended for Deandre Hopkins #10 of the Baltimore Ravens during an NFL football game at M&T Bank Stadium on October 12, 2025 in Baltimore, Maryland. (Photo by Michael Owens/Getty Images) | Getty Images DeAndre Hopkins was recently lamenting his lack of redzone targets with the Baltimore Ravens last season, and it made me wonder if the Los Angeles Rams could use someone like that on their team for their own redzone success. Davantae Adams led the NFL in receiving scores last year, and for now he’s still with the Rams, but he also missed time in 2025.

Could Hopkins be a viable option for the Rams if they are concerned about any injury to Adams? It’s a thought. If nothing else, and it should be worth watching to see if and when Hopkins does sign with a team.

Who knows, it could be the Rams for the right price (though I haven’t heard any such rumor). Just reading some tea leaves for fun. I’d wager that Hopkins for sure would like to play with Matthew Stafford and the Rams, but I could be wrong.

I think Sean McVay would be interested in seeing what Hopkins could do in his offense, but maybe not. So, just speculation for fun on a Hump Day. You know this, thank you for checking out Turf Show Times!
