Notre Dame football took a much different approach to “Pot of Gold Day “ in 2026, as it offer just a few prospect on one side of the ball.

It was a much different “Pot of Gold Day” for Notre Dame football than in the recent past, as not nearly as many offers went to prospects throughout the day. We have been accustomed to seeing many scholarships given out, but 2026 was much different. The early offer went out to 2028 wide receiver Deandre Bidden , and a few more followed throughout the day.

With a newer coaching staff, changes were bound to happen, and the biggest one has been not waiting to make an offer. If the Irish staff believes they fit the programs needs, they won’t hesitate to let it be known that they’re wanted in South Bend without waiting. Check out below who else got a Notre Dame offer on “Pot of Gold Day,” as it was all about one specific position in the 2028 class.

2028 offensive tackle Wyatt VanBoening I am extremely honored to receive an offer from the University of Notre Dame! Thank you @NDFootball for this incredible opportunity! @Jmack37 @corsairfb @FISTFootball @AllenTrieu @GregSmithRivals @SWiltfong_ @CoachChris_Roll @NotreDame247 @CoachSaboFIST pic.

Tennessee offered in February, and now with the Irish in the fold, more teams will come calling.
