Hornets Dominate Heat on Courtside Spectacular Show!

CHARLOTTE, N. C. (CAROLINA SPORTS LIVE) — LaMelo Ball posted a 30-point double-double to lead the Hornets in a blowout win over the Heat Tuesday night.

The 136-106 win pushed Charlotte (35-34) above . 500 again and came 11 days after the Heat (38-31) broke Charlotte’s six-game winning streak in a playoff-like contest in Spectrum Center. In addition to Ball’s game-high 30 points, the point guard dished out 13 assists and grabbed six rebounds.

Hornets guards Coby White (24) and Kon Knueppel (22) were the only other players in the game with more than 20 points. It was just an 8-point game enting the fourth, but the Hornets blew things open quickly in the final frame. LaMelo Ball has hit some ridiculous shots tonight.
