🚨 Draft the Perfect Buccaneers Squad for 2026!
If the season started today, one Buccaneers player would be their biggest fantasy bargain, another a likely bust, and a third a likely wild card. My biggest Tampa Bay fantasy target will be whichever starting WR -- Chris Godwin or Emeka Egbuka -- has a worse ADP. Although Mike Evans’ departure opens the door for both guys to shine, the market probably will be too cautious.
Godwin brings near-elite upside as well as injury risks. Egbuka also brings massive upside, but his inconsistency last season will harm his value. Both easily could finish in the top 20, making the “lesser” of the two the best bargain.
For the second straight year, Bucky Irving is my bust pick. Ironically, he was one of my favorite bargains in the summer of 2024. But player loyalty doesn’t apply in the fantasy world.
Irving’s biggest superpower is his usage in the passing game: 55% of his 2025 fantasy points came through the air, up from a more “normal” 35% the year before. Kenneth Gainwell’s presence probably will cut into Irving’s ceiling, which realistically will be below his RB ADP. Baker Mayfield is the wild card.
He could be near-elite if things break right, or he could once again wallow outside the top 16. As with many quarterbacks, his health and the health of his starting receivers will be major factors.
