The Bucs have one word to describe their free agency class in the eyes of one analyst.

The Bucs' free agency has been a mixed bag of promising, cheap signings, but also some key losses. The team is having to learn about life after Mike Evans after his departure, things remain up on the air with linebacker Lavonte David, and they have lost a host of other players. That being said, Bleacher Report's Alex Ballentine does use one word to describe the Bucs' free agency cycle: Bargain.

Ballentine explains his word choice, writing, "Losing Mike Evans and Jamel Dean hurts. This team will have to nail the draft to get better. Alex Anzalone is the only thing close to a needle-mover that they acquired.

" Jason Licht was aggressive last season in free agency, and it didn't pan out. He overpaid for Haason Reddick, and that burn may still have a scar that Licht looks at, and it is affecting this offseason now as well. There is still time to make some splashes, but they will have to wait, most likely for post-draft or after June 1st.

Several key veterans always find their way to the free agent market, and that is where Jason Licht makes his work look the most promising. The team still has a sliver of a winning window, and veterans may be what he is looking to widen it.
