New Headline: Dexter Stuns Cubs, Bulls Shine in Billings
Andrew Billings is heading to the Arizona Cardinals and his former Bears teammate shares one last goodbye.
The Chicago Bears' defensive line is going to look a bit different in 2026 with the departure of Andrew Billings, and Gervon Dexter is sad to see him go. Billings left the Bears via free agency, signing a one-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals on Monday. Following the news, Dexter reacted with a frown emoji on X, knowing he won't be playing with the veteran tackle anymore.

Billings helped Dexter grow as a professional, and the two made strides together in 2023 and 2024. With Billings gone, Dexter and veteran Grady Jarrett are the lone holdovers at the defensive tackle position. The Bears signed Neville Gallimore and Kentavius Street to serve as depth, but it will be a different dynamic without Billings.
