Ravens' Legacy Resurfaces as 15 Star-Named Pros Enter Frantic Free Agency Rush!
With the second phase of free agency approaching, 15 former Baltimore Ravens players remain unsigned and available on the open market
Teams that successfully build through the NFL draft typically suffer the greatest losses. The Ravens saw seven players depart last Monday, and after Jake Hummel's departure, they've had 8 starters or contributors depart, including an All-Pro punter and a dynamic tight end. Baltimore plays the compensatory game better than most teams, and received a league-leading (Eagles, Steelers) four picks after seeing several key players switch teams in 2025.
The 2026 offseason is in full swing, and Baltimore suffered significant roster losses and made a splash signing, landing Trey Hendrickson on a four-year deal. With the second phase of free agency set to begin, we're looking at the 14 former Ravens available on the open market via Over The Cap. OL Kevin Zeitler Zeitler remained efficient for the Titans at age 35.
Last season, Pro Football Focus ranked him as the 11th-best guard in the NFL. Even more impressive, Zeitler has played at least 15 games every season since 2015. He is sturdy in pass protection and could elevate an offensive system.
WR Marquise Brown A former Ravens first-round pick, Brown caught 49 passes for 587 yards and five touchdowns last season and still separates from coverage. Update: Brown will reportedly sign a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles. QB Tyrod Taylor In six appearances (four starts) due to various injuries, Taylor (knee) completed 80 of 134 passes for 779 yards, throwing five touchdowns and five interceptions in 2025.
