Jaylen Brown set a new career high at the free throw line in Monday's win over the Suns.

Jaylen Brown put the Celtics on his back Monday night, helping the hosts rally late for an impressive win over a feisty Suns squad. Brown posted his 6th 40-point game of the season, scoring 41 points to help lead Boston to a 120-112 win over Phoenix. The Suns tried a host of different physical wing defends against Brown but could not slow down the star as the TD Garden crowd chanted ‘MVP’ for Brown on multiple occasions in the fourth quarter.

Brown’s relentless attacking of the paint paid dividends, helping rally from a four-point deficit in the final five minutes to close the game with a 14-2 run. Brown also led the team in rebounds (7) and assists (6) in the victory to help Boston clinch their second straight win on their homestand. The Celtics will go for their third straight win on Wednesday night when they host the Warriors at TD Garden.
