Raiders, Rams, Lions, Jets should have interest in Titans quarterback trade rumor originally appeared on The Sporting News . Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here . The Las Vegas Raiders , Los Angeles Rams , Detroit Lions , and New York Jets could be keeping an eye on a quarterback on the Tennessee Titans who could be available for trade.
NFL reporter Evan Sidery says the Titans are actively shopping signal-caller Will Levis, and based on what the Jets got in return for Justin Fields from the Kansas City Chiefs , a 2027 sixth-round pick , we now know what the 26-year-old's value is on the trade market. "With Justin Fields being traded to the Chiefs for a late-round pick swap, it further establishes the trade value for young backups like Anthony Richardson and Will Levis," Sidery said. "The Colts and Titans are actively shopping both, and the most theyโll get is late Day 3 pick compensation.
" After a promising rookie season in 2023, Levis's career has gone downhill. He struggled mightily in 2024, which led to him losing his starting spot to 2025 No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward.
Shoulder surgery kept Levis out for the entire 2025 season , and with the Titans signing Mitchell Trubisky to be the new backup quarterback behind Ward, it's clear Levis's time in Nashville is nearing an end. Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Detroit, and New York are in need of backup quarterbacks and could give Levis a fresh start. The Raiders are expected to take Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza with the top pick, but adding Levis to be his backup and replace Aidan O'Connell could be something general manager John Spytek explores.
