But the far bigger change for the 49ers has been at wide receiver. Mike Evans signed a three-year deal worth over $40 million, and the 49ers also, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz , have added Christian Kirk on a $6 million deal. Following those two big additions, what does the 49ers depth chart look like for the 2026 season?

It's a very different room than it looked like entering the season in 2025, as there are multiple faces off the roster, and a few new options for Brock Purdy as well. 49ers WR depth chart looks very different after Mike Evans and Christian Kirk additions Mike Evans, Christian Kirk, and Ricky Pearsall make up the main three wide receivers for the 49ers. Technically, Brandon Aiyuk is still on the 49ers roster, but there's essentially zero chance that he comes back and plays for the 49ers in 2026. He'll either be cut or traded. Aiyuk isn't the only big change from last year's wide receiver room.
