Goal! Spurs' Coach Blundered on Liverpool Manager Identity
Tottenham head coach Igor Tudor made an embarrassing mistake before his team's game against Liverpool on Sunday.
Tottenham player liaison officer Allan Dixon and Liverpool coach Arne Slot look pretty similar. Both have shiny bald heads and on Sunday, both wore black jackets to Tottenham's match against Liverpool at Anfield. But if Tottenham head coach Igor Tudor had seen Dixon from the front, he may have avoided an embarrassing mistake that was caught on camera before the Premier League clash.
Tudor came up behind Dixon from behind, tapping him on the shoulder to greet him. A surprised Dixon looked at Tudor and gave him a quick acknowledgment before the Croatian moved on quickly. Tudor has only been at Tottenham for a few weeks, so it's unclear if he knew or recognized Dixon.
The Croatian took over on an interim basis in mid-February, and had lost all four of his opening games in charge before Sunday. Not sure if that's who Igor Tudor thought that was... š pic.

Tottenham managed to take a point at Anfield as Richarlison scored a late equalizer to earn a 1-1 draw for relegation-threatened Spurs.
