Anthony hit a solo home run in the fourth inning to give the United States a 2-1 lead. That home run ended up being the decisive score, and Anthony made some history when he hit it, too. He became the first player 21 or younger to hit a home run in a World Baseball Classic Semifinal or Championship Game, per MLB's Sarah Langs .

Anthony has been one of the best players for Team USA in the World Baseball Classic. He has two home runs, tied for the team lead, seven RBIs, leading the team, four walks, seven hits and a 1. 014 OPS.

It's hard to imagine the United States being in the position they are in without Anthony. What's even crazier to think about is the fact that Anthony was a late addition to the team. Corbin Carroll was slated to be one of the team's outfielders, but he suffered an injury just before the tournament.
