The Treigning Lab can be a humbling experience even for elite athletes. The Treigning Lab, under the guidance of head coach Sam Calavitta, has been the strength & conditioning home to elite fighters like Khamzat Chimaev and Arman Tsarukyan . โ Rountree (14-7) has become a mainstay in the UFC light heavyweight title picture since his failed title bid against Alex Pereira in 2024. โThe War Horseโ has since defeated former champ Jamahal Hill and suffered a knockout loss to Jiri Prochazka , who has only lost to Pereira in the UFC.
