I caught some glimpses of the match, specifically a window between Adeyemi’s goal and the 4oth minute, where BVB probably should have scored about 5 goals. Maxi Beier went close on several occasions, as did Bellingham and I think Sabitzer. From what I saw, it was a pretty run-of-the-mill victory for BVB.

Bayern, on the other hand, had anything but a routine victory. Two red cards saw the hosts play out a 1-1 draw to Leverkusen. Before you get excited about Bayern dropping points, just don’t, eh?
