TJ Power's Prodigal Prediction Warms Up Playoff Ashes on Social Media

Former Blue Devil TJ Power has found success and a bit of history at Penn.

We were sad when TJ Power chose to leave Duke. We thought, with a little time and some more muscle, he could turn into a heck of a player. It didnโ€™t happen for him at Virginia, where Tony Bennett recruited him, only to retire just before the season started last fall.

Now a junior at Penn, Power is averaging 15. 8 ppg, 7. 6 rebounds, and 2.

4 assists. And on Sunday, Power had the game of a lifetime. Penn played Yale for the Ivy League championship, and Power scored 44 points, half of Pennโ€™s 88, to lead the Quakers to an overtime win over the Bulldogs.

And in this play, with Penn down three near the end of regulation, Power brings the ball down and calmly nails a three to help take it to OT. One of the best things about this game was watching his teammates joyfully mob him after the game ended. Itโ€™s really wonderful to see him doing so well.
