The team was one of the best in the league in 2025, and they have the luxury of owning two first-round picks in the 2026 NFL Draft. There aren't too many holes on this roster, so the team could be able to just add the best talent available. Josh Edwards of CBS Sports recently published a post-free agency mock draft and in that mock, he has the Rams taking Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq with the No.

13 pick. Regarding that pick, Edwards offered the following analysis: Looking at the board and the players who could make the biggest impact on a team pushing all its chips to the middle of the table in pursuit of a Super Bowl, Kenyon Sadiq stands out as the best option. Last year's second-round selection of Terrance Ferguson, who was Sadiq's teammate at Oregon, doesn't preclude them from adding to the room.

As Edwards mentioned, the Rams are trying to win another Super Bowl, so they could be looking to just take the best possible talent. Sadiq is the clear TE1 in this class and excels as both a blocker and pass-catcher. In 2025, Sadiq caught 51 passes for 560 yards and eight touchdowns.
