Cousin Magic Johnson Dominates March Madness!

Kim Mulkey’s Tigers earned a #2 seed for the NCAA Tournament, meaning they will be a hosting site for first and second round games.

It’s the first time the Tigers have been a 2-seed since 2008; the past four seasons they’ve been a 3-seed. LSU will begin its tournament run against the #15 seed Jacksonville on Friday at a time to be determined. Should LSU win, they will play the winner of #7 Texas Tech vs.

#10 Villanova on Sunday. LSU is the No. 2 seed in UCLA’s side of the bracket.

Reigning national champion UConn is the No. 1 overall seed. while Texas and South Carolina are the other 1-seeds.
