USC Women's Basketball Advances To Sweet Sixteen After Elite Eight Victory!
We now know the Trojans’ NCAA Tournament seed and opponent for the opening round of action
On Sunday, the bracket was officially revealed for the 2026 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament. For the fourth consecutive year, USC made the field , as the Trojans earned the No. 9 seed in Sacramento Region 4.
USC will travel to Columbia, South Carolina for the opening weekend of the tournament. The Trojans will take on No. 8 seed Clemson in the opening round on Saturday.
The winner of that game will advance to a likely second round matchup with No. 1 seed South Carolina on Monday. USC and South Carolina faced off back in November in Los Angeles.
