Bonta’s Battle Marks Sixers’ Playoff Play: Excitement Builds
Here is the final playing status for Philadelphia 76ers big man Adem Bona and others for their matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers.
PHILADELPHIA -- As the Philadelphia 76ers prepare for their matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday night, they will need others to step up in an effort to pick up a much-needed win over a pesky Blazers team. The Sixers will already be without Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, Paul George, Kelly Oubre Jr. , and Jabari Walker, but there were three other players listed as questionable.
For Adem Bona, he is going to play despite a back issue. He played a big role in Saturday's win over the Brooklyn Nets. Andre Drummond will also play as he has missed the last three games due to back spasms.
They will need to find a way to match up with the size the Trail Blazers will offer in this one. Dalen Terry is out due to a left shoulder impingement injury. Both Adem Bona and Andre Drummond will play today.
