After an impressive performance against league-leader Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen rising star Montrell Culbreath gave his thoughts on possibly representing the U. S. men's national team.
"I can't say much about [the World Cup]," Culbreath said in a post-match interview with ESPN . "What comes, comes. In the moment, I play for Germany in the under-19s, but you never know.
" Eligible to represent the USMNT through his father, Culbreath previously played for the U. S. U-16 team before representing Germany at the U-17, U-18 and U-19 levels.
