The Huskers swept the day to take the series, defeating the Wolverines 8-4 and 5-2. Nebraska started the day with a strong outing in the batter's box, with the team totaling 10 hits and three home runs.
Jordy Frahm , Ava Kuszak and Katelyn Caneda each logged a home run. The trio also combined for 4-of-8 for four RBIs. Hannah Camenzind tallied three RBIs in the win, batting 2-for-4.
Hannah Coor , Lauren Camenzind , Kacie Hoffmann and Samantha Bland all picked up one hit in the first game. Frahm (7-3) grabbed the win in the circle for Nebraska after pitching the final 4. 2 innings.
She threw seven strikeouts and allowed two runs. Kylee Magee started the game for the Huskers and tossed the first 2. 1 innings.
