com/3ph5Lzz1jP โ€” Wisconsin Hockey (@BadgerWHockey) March 14, 2026 The 68-yearaold has been Wisconsin's head coach since 2002. He's won eight National Championships along with an array of other awards that include being named ACHA and WCHA Coach of the Year. Johnson has led six Badgers to Patty Kazmaier Memorial Awards; he's looking to add a seventh to that prestigious list this season.

His longevity is second to none, as this program has only seen three head coaches in its existence. The 2010 US Olympic women's hockey team head coach played for the Badgers back in 1976-79 and has continued to establish Wisconsin as one of, if not the best women's hockey program in the nation.
